Cliff Bay Muskoka Corp., part of the KS Group of Companies, purchased the former Muskoka Centre property from the Province of Ontario (Infrastructure Ontario) under an agreement that made obtaining a Minister's Zoning Order (MZO) a formal condition of the sale, allowing the developer to bypass local municipal planning rules for a large resort/condo/marina complex on Lake Muskoka.
