Building three Ontario data centres totalling roughly 200 MW — the class of facility whose grid access Bill 40 lets the Energy Minister prioritize. Its Etobicoke facility is approved for about 40 litres per second of cooling water (roughly 1.2 billion litres a year), and its Vaughan complex is expected to use about 730 million litres a year of municipal water.
