Confidential Metrolinx reports obtained by The Trillium log more than two dozen "significant" safety incidents on Ontario Line and other transit construction between August 2024 and January 2025, including falling loads that landed close to workers and strikes on live power lines. No one was reported hurt. The province and Metrolinx have not answered detailed questions, and it is not known whether the Ministry of Labour investigated any of the incidents.
