Ex-Postmedia CEO Alleges Ford's Office Used Keel Contract as 'Leverage' for Pre-Election Letter
Former Postmedia CEO Paul Godfrey alleges in a sworn declaration that Ford's then-chief of staff linked approval of a contract for Keel Digital, his son's company, to Postmedia running a letter from Ford before the 2025 election was called. The premier's office calls the claims "categorically untrue and completely disconnected from reality", Postmedia says "no commercial consideration" would ever be required, and none of it has been tested in court.
