Robert De Gasperis's DG Group, along with Condor Properties, received a Minister's Zoning Order (approved by Minister Steve Clark on April 24, 2020) for a warehouse and distribution centre development in Vaughan near Highway 400, which required destruction of three protected wetlands. The developers were represented by lobbyist and former PC cabinet minister Frank Klees.
