(led by President Matthew Castelli), together with Craft Development Corporation, formed Craft Kingsmen Rail (East) Corp., which took Metrolinx to the Ontario Land Tribunal seeking roughly $500M in compensation after Metrolinx expropriated 'air rights' above rail lines near Union Station that Craft Kingsmen had agreed to purchase from CN and Toronto Terminals Railway but had not yet closed on. The dispute was settled confidentially, with Premier Ford (a personal friend of the company's principals) and Metrolinx declining to disclose the settlement amount.
